The Malaysian Small and Medium Enterprises Association calls on SMEs to adopt digitalization and automation technologies to enhance their competitiveness. Chairman Ding Hongsheng put forward suggestions to achieve the goal of becoming a high-income country by 2025, and hoped that the government would provide financial assistance and related grants in 2024.

He pointed out that technology adoption can increase productivity, ultimately leading to higher wages and export levels, supporting Malaysia’s emergence as a high-income country. The association also encourages young entrepreneurs to join and provides business guidance and resources.

Hong Leong Bank’s commitment to supporting SMEs through financial solutions reflects its long-term commitment to the sector.
