Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onghafiz Ghazi held a meeting with 40 potential investors, including China Telecom International Co., Ltd., TCL Technology Group and Guangzhou Jiuheng Barcode Co., Ltd.
He is currently leading a delegation from the Johor state government to visit the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in China. The two parties discussed Johor’s direction and investors’ expectations for Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone (JSSEZ) policies, aiming to create a win-win situation.
He said policies such as the JSSEZ and the National Energy Transformation Plan (NETR) have made it clear that Johor welcomes new industry players to expand their businesses.
