Ecoscience International signed a cooperation agreement with Dutch renewable energy company Maatschappij Wilhelmina NV to build and manage the TG2 black pellet plant in Kuantan, Pahang. Ecoscience International will be responsible for project construction, and Wilhelmina will provide financial and operational support.

The factory is scheduled to be completed before the end of the year and is expected to produce 120,000 tons of TG2 black particles per year to replace coal. This move not only promotes order growth but also brings stable income to the company.

Wilhelmina said that the investment in the plant reached US$60 million (approximately RM283.65 million) and was the first step in its expansion plan. In the future, it will build more TG2 black pellet plants in Malaysia and the ASEAN region to convert more agricultural waste into Sustainable energy materials.
