Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim says three mega projects have the capacity to elevate Malaysia’s Perak state into one of the country’s leading states for economic growth. These projects include Tanjung Malim Automotive Hi-Tech Valley (AHTV), Lumut Marine Industrial City (Lumic) and Kerian Integrated Green Industrial Park.

Anwar believes these projects will propel Malaysia’s rise in Asia. He also highlighted concerns about poverty in Perak but believed the determination of the Menteri Besar’s team would help overcome this challenge. At the event, Anwar called on young people to stay away from hate politics and encouraged them to become citizens who contribute to society.

At the same time, he donated a total of RM291,000 to mosques and prayer rooms in Tambun Parliamentary Constituency for Ramadan activities.
