Cypark Resources announced that its 100MW Phase 3 LSS3 solar project in Merchang, Terengganu has started preliminary operations on April 21 and is expected to be fully commercially operational within the next 2 weeks. The project includes 83MW ground solar photovoltaic and 32MW water surface solar photovoltaic.
Executive Chairman Datuk Ami Morris said the company has undergone significant transformation to ensure it can deliver this unique project and thanked the new majority shareholder Jakel Group for its support. She believes that upon completion of the 60MW LSS2 project in Kelantan, Cypark will become one of the leading energy providers in Malaysia.
