Chaocheng Group and Shanghai Xiashu Intelligent Technology jointly established Trendata Scientific Pte. Ltd. to jointly develop intelligent agricultural machinery products and services.
According to filings with Bursa Malaysia, the company’s subsidiary Ritma Prestasi signed a joint venture agreement with Xia Shu Intelligent Technology, with the shareholding ratio of the two parties being 65% and 35%.
Xia Shu Intelligent Technology focuses on artificial intelligence, intelligent equipment design and manufacturing, big data science and other fields, while Trendata Science will focus on the research and development, manufacturing and sales of intelligent machinery, equipment and robots related to poultry breeding.
