Malaysia Sustainable Development Summit to be held in July

The 2024 Malaysia Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Summit will be held in July and will be co-organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and the National SDG Center.

Deputy Minister Hanifa said that the two-day summit will clarify the direction and actions for the 2030 SDGs and invited the Prime Minister to attend. She pointed out that the government is committed to achieving the 2030 SDG goals and hopes to use this summit to collect opinions and draft a development plan for the next five years.

The summit will provide a platform to promote network expansion and implementation of solutions to drive progress in Malaysia’s SDGs.
