Malaysia to become a hub for entrepreneurship

The KL20 Summit 2024 aims to propel Kuala Lumpur into the top 20 global startup hubs and enhance Malaysia’s status as a hub for startups and venture capitalists.

Economy Minister Rafizi Nangli said Malaysia has set ambitious goals and will launch the KL20 action document to promote the development of the start-up technology industry.

He pointed out that the summit will attract global start-up founders to Malaysia, promote the upgrading of the value chain, and highlight the competitiveness with the best enterprises.

The summit is expected to have more than 1,000 participants, including international investors and start-ups, focusing on factors affecting the future of innovation and entrepreneurship.
