The Malaysia Motor Show 2024 (MAS 2024) is scheduled to take place from May 22 to 26 and is expected to bring in sales of RM1.6 billion to RM1.7 billion, surpassing last year’s RM1.4 billion.
Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry Zafrlu said it was a testament to the automotive industry’s collective efforts in raising awareness of Malaysia’s automotive products, technologies and brands. Hosted by MARii, the show will be expanded to 40,000 square meters, with a focus on internal combustion engines and electric vehicles.
Zafrlu said the auto show aims to promote a collective shift between the industry and consumers towards responsible and sustainable practices to emphasize sustainability in the automotive industry.
