The Malaysian Cambodian Chamber of Commerce (MCCC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with five Cambodian associations, marking a new phase in the collaboration. The agreements include a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Cambodia to promote trade, investment and business development, and an agreement with Chow Tai Fook for Asia-Pacific tourism cooperation and cultural exchanges.

In addition, MCCC has partnered with the Federation of Cambodian Small and Medium Enterprises Associations and the Cambodian VMOVE Entrepreneurs Association to support SMEs and promote innovation and adventure tourism. The signing of these agreements has aroused interest in the business and diplomatic communities, underscoring the importance of these partnerships in a regional context.

MCCC plans to organise a trade mission in April 2024 to facilitate the connection between the Cambodian business community and the Malaysian market.
