Petronas has released an ambitious three-year plan emphasizing collaboration with Oil and Gas Services and Equipment (OGSE) to meet energy demand and drive clean energy initiatives. The program is expected to provide opportunities for exploration, development, production and decommissioning activities.

The company calls on the industry to adapt to the energy transition, including low-carbon efforts, net-zero emissions and renewable energy. To provide affordable and sustainable energy, Petronas plans to implement about 300 facility improvement programs, including rehabilitation projects and equipment replacements.

The company said it will retire about 150 mature assets while expanding into clean energy, biofuels and specialty chemicals markets to drive the circular economy through the construction of advanced chemical recycling plants.
