AirlineRatings.com ranks the AirAsia Group as one of the safest low-cost airlines in the world in 2024.
AirAsia Group CEO Bo Lingam stressed that safety has always been their top priority and was delighted to once again be recognized as one of the world’s best airlines for operational integrity. He pointed out that the airline continues to invest in safety management systems, obtain certification through IATA’s International Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), and adhere to the highest global safety standards.
Geoffrey Thomas, editor of AirlineRatings.com, said that the AirAsia Group has performed well in various safety audits and its commitment and focus on safety is commendable.
