Kelington Group Bhd has signed a contract worth about RM143 million with China’s largest semiconductor foundry to build a natural gas connection system in Shanghai. The contract was undertaken by Carrington Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Carrington, and included system design, procurement, construction and commissioning. The contract value will be determined based on workload, change orders, and value engineering. Construction began this month and is scheduled to be completed in January 2026 within two years.
