Sunview Group Bhd plans to partner with Cambodian companies to develop renewable energy facilities in Cambodia. Sunview CEO Ong Hang Ping said his subsidiary has signed a strategic business alliance agreement with a Cambodian company to cooperate in the development of renewable energy power plants.
Ong said the goal of the contract is to explore business opportunities for future renewable and green energy projects in Cambodia. Sunview plans to undertake the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of the project, while Sirage Energy Sdn Bhd may also participate.
Sunview currently owns and operates 21 solar photovoltaic facilities in Malaysia.
