Huawei and the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) jointly launched the “Going Abroad Accelerator” program to support local technology companies in expanding their international business.
The program provides comprehensive support for digital skill enhancement, digital entrepreneurship encouragement and digital exports, including global and regional technology expertise, partner community and ecosystem connectivity. The MDEC CEO said the program will foster digital capabilities in line with the Malaysia 5.0 agenda, which is committed to transforming Malaysia into a digital, inclusive, sustainable and secure high-income country.
The partnership will receive up to $5 million in Huawei Cloud Points investment during 2024 to drive the sustainable development of the digital nation.
